This section covers Brighton Beach Pride 2025, our ninth annual march, held on the Riegelmann Boardwalk on May 10, 2025.

Brighton Beach Pride brought LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, and other identities) immigrants and allies to the Riegelmann Boardwalk for our ninth annual march.

In May, sign-making sessions preceded the march. Roughly 500 people marched under the slogan “No Hate, No Fear” in support of trans and non-binary immigrants.

Activist Randy Wicker spoke, the Rude Mechanical Orchestra performed, and marchers carried a banner naming their countries of origin.

## New York City Pride, June 29

At New York City Pride (NYC Pride) on June 29, we marched for trans immigrants’ rights. Our Pride theme was “Stand Up for Trans Immigrants’ Rights,” and members joined citywide demonstrations, including on June 14.

In June 2025, NYC Pride selected us as one of 11 nonprofits citywide for its Pride Gives Back grant.
