QARAVAN events are created and led by people from our community, with our support: there are six roles to choose from, you can help as little as once every couple of months, and we’ll walk you through everything and set up your access.

Event lead Leads an event and welcomes the guests. Event time + 2–3 hours a month Planner Keeps the events calendar full and varied. 3 hours a week Maker Makes event images in Claude. 2 hours a week Publisher Sets up events on Partiful and posts the announcements. 2 hours a week Promoter Invites people to events. 2 hours a week Keeper Collects photos and feedback after events. 2 hours a week
