Где в Нью-Йорке бесплатно учить английский и как записать ребёнка в школу. Если вы хотите в колледж, рассказываем, как поступить, подтвердить иностранный диплом, узнать, сколько стоит учёба при вашем статусе, и где найти на неё деньги.

- Школьники из штата Нью-Йорк подают заявку в CUNY (городской университет Нью-Йорка) бесплатно до 16 ноября 2026 года. Macaulay Honors College принимает заявки до 16 ноября, Point Foundation — до 19 ноября.
- Заявку в CUNY на осень 2027 года подают до 1 декабря, если документы об образовании не из США или нужна студенческая виза, в остальных случаях — до 1 февраля.
- Бесплатный английский: Riverside Immigrant Services & Empowerment открывает приём заявок 4 ноября, а курсы для взрослых NYC Public Schools Adult Education не требуют документов.
