About the program
The US immigration system is complex: intricate forms, long waits and costly mistakes.
What we do
With SAFE Asylum and attorney Sebastian Maguire, we are building a clinic for people who file without a lawyer (pro se): workshops, answers to asylum seekers’ questions, and multilingual volunteers who help people fill out their own forms under the attorney’s supervision.
Our impact
In 2025 we wrote 68 letters of support for asylum cases. Lawyers who want to help are welcome to join us.
